MR SEAN DELANEY B Comm, CPA, MBA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Mr Delaney is a qualified accountant who has amassed over 17 year's operational and financial experience in the mining industry in Australia. His previous positions include Chief Financial Officer of Croesus Mining Limited and more recently has overseen the implementation of a Management Information System at Norton Gold Fields Limited's newly acquired Paddington mine. He is a member of CPA Australia and gained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Curtin Business School in 2004.

MR GARRY TAYLOR CPA, FCIS, GAICD COMPANY SECRETARY Mr Taylor was appointed Company Secretary in April 2009. Mr Taylor is an accountant with an extensive background in corporate financial management across a range of industries. He is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the University of Western Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia. He is a member of CPA Australia, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Taylor is also Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Paramount Mining Corporation (ASX - PCP).
