PAYNES FIND GOLD PROJECT Background Prosperity has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Mawson West Ltd covering the Paynes Find tenements located in the Paynes Find greenstone belt east of Geraldton, Western Australia. The Company will earn 60% of the Project by completing $500,000 exploration expenditure over 3 years. The Paynes Find area was explored by Homestake and MPI/Nexus in the mid
1990s. Pisolite sampling led to their discovery of the Endeavor prospect, a '300m
wide shear zone'. It appears opportunity is
present for further gold mineralisation along strike, and within fresh
rock. Work in Progress A geological mapping, soil & rockchip sampling program is underway following the recent close-spaced 50m aeromagnetic survey by Prosperity on the Paynes Find project area, to advance some of the many gold targets up to drill stage.
